How to make the best of it:

• Put the gel patch in the refrigerator for an hour
• Take half a bucket of luke warm water and add 1 spoon bath salts
• Light our sleeping beauty candle to set the vibe
• Put on the eye mask with cool gel patch
• Put your feet in the water 
• And relax for 15 mins
